About Virago Search

Our Why.

The women of Virago were always searching for a company that resonated with our own beliefs; that recruiting should be driven by empathy, integrity and knowledge.  That no search should be driven by expediency or profit, but instead by choosing to do right by our candidates, our clients and our relationships.

We believe that women and diverse candidates can and do drive innovation across our economy and that we can evolve our communities by building the frameworks and scaffolds to empower them.

Knowing now is the perfect time to embrace our ability to be the change. To evolve companies. To empower leaders.
