Senior Managing Partner, Search
Christine Santacroce is the Sr. Managing Partner for Virago Search. With more than 15 years of progressive experience in the technology arena, Christine specializes in building long-term, trusting relationships with technology leaders, thought leaders, and on the ground talent. Christine's career has run the gamut from technology search to retained executive search for Fortune 100 companies and PE funded start-ups. With a passion for Diversity & Inclusion, Christine is a founding member of the LGBTQ+ Committee and the Middletown Pride festival in CT. As well, Christine is a sitting member of the Women's Leadership Council at Trinity College, a member of the Women in Technology International (WITI) group, on the Board of Advisors for VocaWorks and is active in her community. As Managing Partner, Christine takes a hands-on approach to managing the relationships and ensuring delivery for our clients.
Chief of Operations
As a visionary leader with exceptional management skills and a passion for Diversity and Inclusion awareness within the technology space, Khadesha Abreu has been helping leaders and companies plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day business operations for over nine years.
As the Chief of Operations at Virago Search, she leverages her organizational, customer service, and teamwork skills to maintain the focus on excellent quality and service delivery. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fordham University and her prior recruiting experience within multiple industries such as Technology, Finance, Health Services, and Higher Education, Khadesha is no stranger to an interdisciplinary approach to management, and she hopes to continue providing extraordinary service to Virago Search’s clients.
Managing Partner, Research
Jamie Rosemary began her career at Microsoft where she built a deep knowledge base around tech hiring, social initiatives and the organizational challenges companies face.
Fascinated by the recruiting process and its impact on the success and failure of entire initiatives, Jamie joined Riviera Partners, specializing in search for VC-backed startups. During her tenure at Riviera, and then Arete Partners, she developed an expertise in IC and retained executive search by working closely with her clients.
As the Managing Partner of Research at Virago, Jamie combines her lifetime curiosity of technology with her passion for finding the right candidate for the job (and the right job for the candidate), and her desire to impact her community, her clients, and her team.
